OpenWager Terms and Conditions
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Our Services are designed and intended for use by adults. They are solely and exclusively intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Site. By using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of the terms and conditions contained in our Terms, including our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website www.openwager.ai, please stop using our Services immediately.
2. CHANGES TO TERMS

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Certain parts of the Service may be offered on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or OpenWager cancels it. You must provide accurate and complete billing information, including a valid payment method, which you authorize OpenWager to charge for Subscription fees.
5. FREE TRIALS
OpenWager may offer free trials of the Service for a limited time. If you enter billing information during the trial period, you will not be charged until the trial expires. You will automatically be charged the applicable fees unless you cancel your subscription before the trial ends.
6. FEE CHANGES
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. You will be notified in advance of any changes to fees, and any changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
7. REFUNDS
Refunds for Subscriptions are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
8. ACCOUNTS
By creating an account with OpenWager, you certify that the information you provide is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and agree to accept responsibility for any activities under your account.
9. MULTI-ACCOUNT USAGE
We strictly prohibit the creation or use of multiple accounts by the same individual. Any attempt to transfer or sell accounts is also prohibited.
10. USER CONTENT
By posting content (text, images, etc.) through our Services, you grant OpenWager the right to use, modify, and distribute that content for any purpose. You are responsible for the content you post and agree not to post illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
11. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. OpenWager is not responsible for the content or policies of those websites.
12. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
19. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, as provided under the Federal Arbitration Act. You waive any right to participate in a class action against OpenWager.

You agree to provide accurate and current contact and payment information. You must notify OpenWager immediately of any changes to your information.
21. ENTIRE AGREEMENT, WAIVER, AND SEVERABILITY
These Terms, along with any additional terms provided by OpenWager, constitute the entire agreement between you and OpenWager. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
