Certain parts of the Service may be offered on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or OpenWager cancels it. You must provide accurate and complete billing information, including a valid payment method, which you authorize OpenWager to charge for Subscription fees.
OpenWager may offer free trials of the Service for a limited time. If you enter billing information during the trial period, you will not be charged until the trial expires. You will automatically be charged the applicable fees unless you cancel your subscription before the trial ends.
Unless otherwise stated, trials convert to paid, automatically renewing subscriptions at the then-current rate at the end of the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the end of the trial to avoid charges. Where required by law, we will provide advance notice of any material price changes before renewal.
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. You will be notified in advance of any changes to fees, and any changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the then-current billing period, from your account settings or by contacting info@openwager.ai.
Except where prohibited by law, fees are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial billing periods. Where required by law, we will provide clear renewal terms, how to cancel, and obtain your affirmative consent.
Refunds for Subscriptions are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
By creating an account with OpenWager, you certify that the information you provide is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and agree to accept responsibility for any activities under your account.
We strictly prohibit the creation or use of multiple accounts by the same individual. Any attempt to transfer or sell accounts is also prohibited.
By posting content (text, images, etc.) through our Services, you grant OpenWager the right to use, modify, and distribute that content for any purpose. You are responsible for the content you post and agree not to post illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
We may, but are not obligated to, monitor or moderate user content and activity for compliance with these Terms. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts for violations, suspected fraud, or unlawful conduct.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. OpenWager is not responsible for the content or policies of those websites.
From time to time, we may include affiliate links or receive compensation from partners for referrals. Such relationships do not influence our analysis or content. Any affiliate relationships will comply with applicable disclosure requirements.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and OpenWager agree that any proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You and OpenWager also waive any right to a jury trial.
These Terms are governed by the laws stated below in Section 18 without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the arbitration agreement above, the exclusive venue for any permitted court action will be the courts located in the venue specified in Section 18.
You agree to provide accurate and current contact and payment information. You must notify OpenWager immediately of any changes to your information.
These Terms, along with any additional terms provided by OpenWager, constitute the entire agreement between you and OpenWager. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyrights, please send a notice to info@openwager.ai with: (a) your contact information; (b) a description of the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material; (c) the location (URL) of the material; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and (f) your signature. We may remove content and terminate repeat infringers.
You may not use the Services if you are located in, or a resident of, any embargoed country or if you are on any U.S. or other applicable sanctions or denied-party lists. You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws.
We will not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, internet or utility failures, government actions, pandemics, or similar events.
